EEN (Flying Squirrel)

Een is the local name for a Flying Squirrel. They are a regular visitor to the tree just outside the room.

The big window of this Cozy room offers a beautiful view of snow clad Tirth glacier and mountain ranges of Great Himalayan National Park. It’s 170 Square feet in size with an attached washroom. The room is adjacent to Shaahi bedroom on one side and non functional kitchen on the other. The ground floor has a common balcony divided with a foldable partition.

Pls Note: As it’s a 100% wooden and traditional house - impact of footfalls from the top floor can not be avoided.

RESIDENCE services

  • Tea / coffee station is available in all bedrooms.
  • 10 inch mattress & electric bed blanket in winters
  • Television TV with HD channels and DVD player is available in common living room area. We don’t provide television in bedrooms.
  • Board Games We have a decent collection of board games to choose from
  • Fire Place / Tandoors Available in common area in winters
  • Parking We have enough parking area for your cars
  • Power Backup We have inverter back up.
  • Extra bed We provide elevated bed on wheels, with good mattress. It is chargeable and includes complimentary breakfast
    If asked for extra bed:
    For 0 - 3 Years - Complimentary
    For 4 – 7 Years - Rs. 2,000 (without an extra bed)
    For 8 Years & above - Rs. 3,000
    For a family with two kids below 8 years of age, 1 Extra bed is must and chargeable at Rs. 3,000
  • Room Heaters Available in winters
  • Water: We are fed with natural spring water and use regular filter for drinking water.
  • Laundry: Only in case of special needs we provide laundry services on actuals.
  • Maid and driver stay We can arrange for a place in the village on first come, first serve basis. Please mention this at time of booking. Surprises won’t be entertained. Charges on actuals.
  • Mobile network & Internet - Airtel and JIO mobile networks have good 4G connectivity. Wifi is provided using Airtel and Jio dongle in common areas of the house.
